On Friday
the students started their day in groups. One group took care of the
decorations for the Kiddush and the other group prepared a presentation of all
the days before.
After that
the whole delegation took part of a meeting with visitors from all over the
world who told their stories or the stories if their parents. All of them fleet
out of Dresden or their ancestors did.
Then
everyone ate lunch together.
A short
time later the students met at the Stadtmuseum (museum of the city) to visit a
exhibition of photos from Fred Stein who fleet from Dresden as well. His son
told the storie of his father and answered questions about him.
In the
evening the students came together at the synagogue and visited a service. After that they ate
delicious food at the Kiddush and told the community what they did in the days
before.
It was a
very long but awesome day!
